Book Teaser: Uff Ye Emotions (Editor: Vinit K. Bansal)

No one’s life is predestined, nor was mine, but some moments seems as they were ‘written’ especially for me. Sometimes I feel there shall be a way to go over the same life, right from the beginning to the end and relive each and every moment again and again. But there are a few people who actually can do this, that too in a very well manner. They often do it and no one gets to know the actual reason of it. Such people are mostly understood by others and generally known as 'Writer' or 'Poet'. And I also believe that love is a madness, that takes over your senses and makes you do things that you never imagined. It takes you to a journey of a boundless ocean of emotions, where shadows aren't afraid of darkness; where dreams are born, where love really lives for ever.  So here I have a news to share with all of you, especially those who keep asking " When you are writing a book? " One of my short story called ‘ The Soulmate ’ is  being selected

Book Review: Beaten By Bhagath (S. V. Divvaakar)

Book:  Beaten By Bhagath Writer:  S. V. Divvaakar ISBN:     9789382473053 Publisher:  Leadstart Corp. Number of Pages: 190 In India, we have many writers who have set a benchmark in the literary world, and became a phenomena of Indian writing. But whenever we talk about young authors, there is one name that overshadows all, Chetan Bhagat (CB). He’s been a benchmark for many aspirant authors making their debut in hopes of being the next CB. However, no one admits it on their face. So here is a Reality Fiction ‘ Beaten By Bhagath’ by S. V. Divvaakar , an alumnus of the IIT Delhi, and an international Monitoring and Evaluation specialist and also serves on the boards of a few international companies. ‘ Beaten By Bhagath ’ deals with the CB dilemma in a lighthearted manner. However it’s my personal opinion about Chetan Bhagat, Book or Author’s views aren’t about CB. The book is written around a fiction character Dr. Ketan Bhagath . The back blurb says: ‘I’m sure you

To Achieve, is not to Deceive

There are times when we know what we want to do, and how to do , but at times we feel lost. We sit clueless for hours, trying to figure out what we actually want from life.  When we fail to achieve it, we are either start feeling lost and depressed, or we start to reforming our priorities and put more effort with more determination.  So it's all a matter of effort, right?   I don’t think so. To achieve something first you need a goal , a set and clear goal and sub-goals to make your way easy. If you don’t know the destination, you won’t be able to plan what to keep on the journey with you . Achievement is earned by opting for a perfect combination of Effort, Attitude, Knowledge and Determination. You can eventually make a strategy at your ease , because life is not that static to give you a simple path.   There will be points when you will lose direction, or think of giving up, even people around you will discourage you. But that shouldn’t distract you from your p

This is the first book of Ms. Garg, an Enterprenure and German Translator. She is a technical writer as well , and lives in Hyderabad, India, with her husband and two kids. Usually I’m a little biased towards romantic fiction , because I often find them stories of a few hopeless creatures. But back blurb of the book is interesting enough to say “It’s not a Regular Love Story.” Studied hard ? Got the perfect job? Found the perfect mate? And Still Screwed up your life ? Is it possible to do everything right in your life and still not be happy ? Meet Sanjay, Aditi, Mayank and Jayshree. Sanjay is US-returned software mill

Are We Connected: Diary pages #5: Vinit K. Bansal

One of the most important thing I learned about the literary industry is that if you are humble and down-to-earth, readers will admire you. It is said that when you are humble, kind and true to yourself, no one can stop you from being on top. So now as our last contributor of the series ‘ Are We Connected: Diary Pages ' we have Author of the national bestseller “ I am Heartless ”, Vinit K. Bansal. One of the most humble and polite authors I’ve ever known. There is not even an inch of arrogance or habit of showing off his achievements. Maybe that’s the reason why everyone respects him so much, and connects with his mature love story . Vinit Bansal, working with State Bank of India, always had a dream of writing. So he kept the spark alive and authored I’m Heartless , later translated it in Hindi with name ‘ Wo Chali Gayi ’. Apart from the prose, Vinit also writes beautiful poems in English and Hindi, you can read his work on his Facebook account. You can buy I
